Email engagement data appears directly in our CRM contact records, so our sales team always knows which prospects have opened recent campaigns before making calls. The automation triggers based on CRM deal stages have been powerful — we automatically send relevant case studies when a deal moves to evaluation stage.
Zoho Campaigns' free plan has powered our 1,800-person newsletter for two years without costing anything. The feature quality is more than adequate — automation, segmentation, analytics and landing pages all work well. The only reason we have not upgraded is that the free tier genuinely meets our requirements.
