Buffer is exactly what a small business needs — simple, clean and effective. I manage social for three platforms and the Start Page is a genuinely useful link-in-bio. The AI caption generator saves me about an hour each week. Perfect tool, perfect price point for a one-person marketing team.
The analytics dashboard gives me exactly the post-level data I need to understand what content performs. Best time to post recommendations are accurate based on my experience. Would love more advanced analytics and a social inbox but for the price, Buffer delivers excellent value.
Clean tool that does scheduling well. The free plan is genuinely useful for getting started. I upgraded to Essentials for unlimited posts and it is worth it. The biggest limitation is no real engagement features on lower plans — you cannot reply to comments within Buffer itself.
