We replaced Asana, Notion and a custom spreadsheet system with ClickUp eight months ago. ClickUp Brain generates our weekly sprint status reports automatically from actual task completion data. Our PMs now spend that time on planning rather than status reporting. The consolidation also reduced our SaaS spend significantly.
ClickUp is the most powerful productivity tool I have used. The learning curve is real — my team took about a month to feel comfortable — but once past that initial investment, the automation and AI features become significant time savers. The mobile app is the weakest link; I do most configuration on desktop.
