Evaluated Zapier, Make and Tray for enterprise integration. Tray won on error handling, governance and the Embedded capability for our SaaS product. The ability to white-label and embed integrations into our product rather than telling customers to configure Zapier themselves has been a significant competitive advantage.
Running complex revenue operations automation across Salesforce, Marketo and NetSuite on Tray. The conditional routing and error handling are genuinely enterprise-grade. The pricing is opaque and the contract process was lengthy. But for our integration complexity, nothing else we evaluated could handle the workflows reliably.
Used Tray for three years for complex multi-step business process automation. The platform is stable and handles the enterprise-scale workflows we need. Support quality has been consistently good. Wish there were clearer pricing transparency — every change to our automation volume requires a contract conversation.
