Avoma has transformed how our sales team operates. Every customer call is automatically transcribed, summarized and synced to Salesforce. Our managers use the coaching dashboard to identify which reps are asking fewer discovery questions or talking too much — and can address those patterns with specific call examples rather than general feedback. Deal health signals have also helped us focus pipeline review on the accounts actually at risk. Exceptional tool for revenue teams.
Strong meeting intelligence platform that genuinely improves our customer success team's ability to proactively manage accounts. The churn risk signals extracted from conversation content have helped us get ahead of renewal conversations that previously surprised us. My practical feedback is that the revenue intelligence add-on pricing adds meaningful cost beyond the base subscription — calculate your full cost including add-ons before comparing to alternatives.
We evaluated Avoma against Gong and Fireflies for our mid-market sales team.
