Our team retrieves decisions and action items from past meetings instantly instead of asking "what did we decide?" in Slack. It has also made our meetings noticeably more focused because everyone knows the record is accurate.

Excellent transcription tool that does what it promises reliably. The accuracy in our meetings is consistently high — we use Zoom with good audio setups and rarely need to correct transcriptions. My honest feedback is that the per-meeting minute cap on the free plan is genuinely restrictive for longer strategy meetings. Upgrading to Pro resolved that constraint immediately and the monthly cost is very reasonable for the value delivered.
