Premium tool with premium pricing that's justified for professional media use. The multilingual transcription handles international interviews well — I regularly work with sources in Spanish and French and the accuracy is consistently good. My only feedback is that the per-seat pricing model makes it expensive to scale to larger teams. Organizations need to carefully assess whether the full team or a subset of editorial staff needs access to optimize the cost.
