Keap runs our entire client acquisition system. Lead comes in from our website form, gets a personalized follow-up sequence, books a call automatically, gets a reminder and then an invoice after the call — all without my team doing anything manually. That automation pays for itself every month multiple times over.
Powerful platform but requires real commitment to learn. The automation builder is flexible and once you understand the logic, you can build sophisticated business processes. 24/7 support is genuinely helpful when you get stuck. The price is high but so is the value when fully implemented properly.
