Our email revenue attribution is now 35% of total e-commerce revenue, all directly trackable to specific flows.
We migrated from Mailchimp and the difference in e-commerce capabilities is enormous. Klaviyo thinks in purchase behavior — segments update automatically when customers buy, browse or abandon. The browse abandonment flow alone generates significant monthly revenue. This is what email marketing should be.
Excellent platform with one significant caveat — pricing grows fast as your list grows. The features are worth it but budget accordingly as you scale. The SMS and email unified reporting is very clean. Customer support quality is strong on higher-tier plans. One of the best e-commerce marketing tools available.
